ZenEquity is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (“EU”) member countries and Switzerland, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework (“Privacy Shield”), to the Privacy Shield’s applicable Principles.
ZenEquity is responsible for the processing of personal data we receive, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf. ZenEquity abides by the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage, the onward transfer of liability provisions.
